The Director-General of the Progressives Governors’ Forum, Salihu Lukman, on Monday, said failure to organise the national convention of the All Progressives Congres in June would spell doom for the party. The tenure of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee’s led by Governor Mai Mala Buni would end in June when a national convention is expected to hold.

The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, (HURIWA) has fumed at the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu for allegedly hiring ‘fake clerics’ to the unveiling of his running mate, Kashim Shettima. HURIWA’s National Coordinator, Emmanuel Onwubiko, in a statement, said Tinubu and Shettima insulted millions of Nigerians with such acts of blasphemy.
